libcolor-calc-perl software package provides module for simple calculations with RGB colors, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcolor-calc-perl
libcolor-calc-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcolor-calc-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcolor-calc-perl *
You will get with libcolor-calc-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
